Deine Aufgaben:


  • Unterstützung des Projektteams bei der Umsetzung des DORA-Projekts
  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Aufgabenbereichen, wie Risikomanagement, IT-Sicherheit, Compliance und Governance
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten und Ergebnissen aus den verschiedenen Fachabteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen für interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation und Prozessoptimierung im Verlauf des Projekts
Ihr Profil
Dein Profil

  • Du bist immatrikulierter Studierender (m/w/d) in einem relevanten Studiengang (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Jura oder verwandte Bereiche)
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast ein grundlegendes Interesse an IT-Sicherheit, Risikomanagement und regulatorischen Themen, insbesondere im Kontext von DORA
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Projektarbeit oder in der Unterstützung komplexer Projekte sind von Vorteil
  • Du zeichnest dich durch schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytisches Denkvermögen aus
  • Du verfügst über starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und kannst mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig bewältigen
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und kommunizierst gut mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Stakeholdern
  • Idealerweise hast du Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)

YOUR ROLE:

- Supporting the project team in the implementation of the DORA project
- Participation in various workstreams, such as risk management, IT security, compliance and governance
- Analysing and preparing data and results from the workstreams
- Supporting the creation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with documentation and process optimisation during the course of the project


Your profile
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree programme (e.g. computer science, business informatics, business administration, law or related fields)
- You have a fundamental interest in IT security, risk management and regulatory topics, especially in the context of DORA
- Initial practical experience in project work or in supporting complex projects is an advantage
- You are characterised by quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
- You have strong organisational skills and are able to manage several tasks simultaneously
- You are a team player and can communicate well with different departments and stakeholders
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Ideally, you have some knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
