Your mission
As an Asset Management Analyst at Manova Partners, based in Munich - Madrid, you will play a central role in the financial and operational management of a diversified real estate portfolio with a focus on Germany and the Netherlands - Western Europe with the potential to expand your involvement in other parts of the EMEA region. Your work involves data analysis, strategic support through closely networked collaboration with specialist teams across these key markets. Your financial intelligence, analytical precision with an entrepreneurial understanding of real estate industry dynamics will be instrumental in driving the success of our real estate portfolio.


YOUR ROLE:

Financial Modeling: Running cash flow modeling and sensitivity analyses for individual assets. Supporting the Asset Manager in drafting, approval and implementation of property business plans

Asset Management Coordination: Preparation of asset-related reports and cashflows for reporting by Portfolio Management and Accounting Creation and monitoring of annual budgets as well as target-actual comparisons

Asset Management Support: Preparation of presentations for senior management and investment committees. The analysis of lease options, support in negotiations, and development of tenant retention strategies Monitoring compliance with lease agreements

Technical Management: Support in coordinating renovation and maintenance projects with property managers. Overview the deployment of Capex measures including ESG and H&S initiatives.
 
Market Research: Market analysis to evaluate rental price levels and leasing potentials as well as examining market trends for different asset classes.

Data Management: Administration and maintenance of databases and asset management systems, and document management Optimization of internal databases and reporting tools

Transaction Support: Cooperate and support the Transactions Team on acquisitions and disposals from an asset management perspective
Your profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.

Experience: Recent graduates with up to 2 years of professional experience in real estate asset management, finance, or a related field, with a strong track record in financial modeling, IT literate.

Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office especially Microsoft Excel for financial modeling. Argus, Deepki and SAP, knowledge is an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
  • Strong understanding of real estate valuation techniques and investment metrics.
  • Basis knowledge of the German real estate market, as well as familiarity with asset management basics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to present complex subjects to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize complex tasks, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Willingness to travel
