Your mission

• Originate, structure, and execute real estate debt transactions in Europe and the Americas  at acquisition and rollovers 
• Advise internal stakeholders on viable financing solutions and obtain offers from multiple sources (e.g. banks, debt funds, alternative lenders) 
• Negotiate terms and conditions including interest rate hedging products in accordance with the fund’s strategy and limitations
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams in Munich and Luxemburg to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and investment guidelines
• Prepare decision memos and presentations for the investment committee
• Manage relationships with borrowers and funding partners to facilitate efficient deal execution
• Oversee loan performance, covenant compliance, and risk mitigation strategies post-transaction
• Strong commitment to ongoing process optimization and re-organization to monitor loans and covenants effectively 

Your profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate financing, debt structuring, or investment management
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, credit risk analysis, and financial structuring
• Familiarity with regulatory and statutory requirements in executing real estate financing deals within a regulated environment
• Strong self-motivation, highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines effectively
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, Team-Player with can-do attitude
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
